Vinification:
Stalks are removed from grapes and these are immediately cooled at 8° C then they are left to macerate for about 8 hours, finally they are softly pressed. To the must obtained, after a natural decantation period, it is added some selected ferments and the whole ferments at a controlled temperature of 20° C.

Wine refining:
Before the fermentation period ends, the wine is transferred into the wooden-barrels. Once fermentation is over, the wooden-barrels are filled up and bunged, they are shacked periodically in order to mix the marcs and after about 12 months the wine is transferred, stabilized and bottled.

Straw coloured, intense and persistent bouquet, with a pleasant floral and vanilla scent, intense and full taste, well bodied, long aftertaste.
