Like the vine has their roots in the stone, the Cantina built
with the stones of Locorotondo is inserted in the noble farm
culture. And it is from this antique tradition, diffused in
the Valley of Itria, that we learnt the secret art of distillation,
able to keep the gentle scents of the ripe grapes.
After an accurate phase of distillation, from the typical
vines we have obtained our distillate "Distillato
di Uve del Locorotondo".
The full and gentle taste infuses in it a great character,
a fine balance, a pure and unmistakable harmonic.
It is tasted as the experts want, at room temperature or very
cool as drank by women and the youthful consumers.
