Vinification:
The stalks are removed from the grapes and then maceration takes place in auto vinifying tanks, periodical repassing of must over the grape dregs are made in order to have a good extraction of colouring, tannic and aromatic substances.Once maceration is finished the must-wine is separated from marcs and completes the fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Wine refining:
Once fermentation is completed, wine is separated from dregs and kept in steel tanks for the first year (it is periodically transferred). Then the wine is stabilized, filtered, and bottled.

test:
Ruby red colour whit orange tints, rightly tannic, spices fragrance and well bodied.
