Wine refining:
After alcoholic fermentation the wine is separated from its sediments, then is placed in stainless steel tanks filled with inert gas in order to avoid a possible contact with the air which would cause oxidation damages. In these conditions the wine stays for four months in order to allow the inert ferments kept in the wine to capture body, volume and a greater aromatic character. Afterwards wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled cold.
