Vinification:
Red vinification, where
peel and must are on contact, with periodical repassing of must

temperature.
Wine
refining:
Once the fermentation is
over, wine is filtered and kept in stainless tanks until the
end of January. Then it is stabilized, cooled, filtered through
sterilizing filters and finally bottled in cold.

Bright red coloured with violaceous tints, its fragrance
is very fruity, fresh at lively taste.
