 Vinification:
It is removed the stalk from the grapes and then they are ready to be macerate at 10° C (Cryomaceration) for 12 hours; this process allow to obtain from the peel a greater quantità of fragrance and help sto give more density to the wine. Once cryomaceration is over, grapes are softly pressed (pneumatic-press) and the must obtained is filtered and kept in thermo conditioned tanks 11° C.
 Wine refining:
As it is a gently wine, the same one is obtained from the incomplete alcoholic fermentation i.e. fermentation is stopped at a wanted residual sugar level through the fall of the temperature and immediate filtration. A sterilizzating filtration takes place first of the bottling process in order to eliminate all kind of ferments and bacterium. This process takes place at a temperature of 0° C.

Organoleptic test:
Straw-coloured with golden tints, bright limpidity, intense, fragrant and harmonic bouquet typical of Moscato grapes. Sweet, harmonic, gentle and clear taste, with a complete after taste.

Gastronomical coupling:
It is suitable with desserts and with dry confetionery. It can be used as base ingredient from some cocktails. It is served at a temperature of 8-10° C.
