Vinification:
Harvested in October, the grapes undergo a classic red wine vinification with derasping and maceration of the skins followed by early malolactic fermentation in automatic vinificator; the wine is regularly pumped to produce a good amount of colouring, tannic and aromatic substances. After the alcoholic fermentation the young wine is separated from the residue and the malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks.

Wine refining:
After the final fermentation the wine is separated from the remaining yeast cultures and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it is regularly pumped in other tanks. Following this it is stabilised filtered and bottled. Bottle refinement for 2 months.

Red colour with shadow of violet, balanced tannic acid, bouquet of red fruit
